New building project 84339 Unterdietfurt near Eggenfelden (district Rottal-Inn):
In the last weeks we could successfully realize the entire interior finishing of house 4 & house 3 (construction phase 1). This includes the completion of the bathrooms including the installation of the bathroom furniture and shower partitions, the installation of the apartment entrance and interior doors as well as the laying of the floor.
Furthermore, we were able to complete the facade and the tiling work of house 2 and start with the installation of the glass balconies. The underground car park was completely sealed and the first floor of house 1 was built including intermediate partition walls (construction phase 2).
In the next few weeks, the apartments of construction phase 1 will be handed over to the buyers after the final cleaning. At the same time, work on the exterior is continuing. The interior finishing of house 2 will be completed by mid to end of September.
