New building project 84339 Unterdietfurt near Eggenfelden (district Rottal-Inn):
In the last weeks we could finish the masonry work of house 3. Likewise the carpenter work as well as the tinsmith work were finished.
The setting of the window elements in house 4 was also successfully completed. Currently, the planning for the shell installation of heating & electrical is being done, which will start in the next few weeks at house 4.
Depending on the weather conditions, we will try to continue the work on the underground parking garage as soon as possible in the new year and start with the construction of house 2 and house 1 (construction phase 2).
