This week the earthworks at our new building project in 84339 Unterdietfurt near Eggenfelden (district Rottal-Inn) have started. The entire area extends over 6300 sqm and is located below a chain of oaks.
A total of 4 multi-family houses with 33 residential & 2 commercial units as well as underground parking will be built.
The planned construction project will be built in massive construction with heat-insulating bricks as a KfW 55 efficiency house by regional craftsmen and companies.
The 27 residential units, which were offered for pre-sale, could all be sold and we are looking forward to a good cooperation with all persons involved.
