84524 Neuötting: Creation of 2nd floor

We are delighted to present our new construction project in Neuötting, which will comprise a total of 48 modern residential units.

According to the current construction progress, the 2nd floor has been completed. Furthermore, the heating and electrical trades have already started with the shell installation.

Our aim is to create a home that meets your needs and wishes. Each unit will be designed with great attention to detail and furnished to a high standard. The planned date for the first letting is January 2026.
