Competition Instagram "Tischlein deck dich"
The organizer of the competition is Bayernareal Wohnbau GmbH & Co. KG, Ismaninger Str. 14, 85452 Moosinning (hereinafter “Bayernareal Housing”).
1. Eligibility / Participation
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
Natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old and registered on Instagram are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition requires providing your data as described in section 2.
2. Competition period and procedure
The competition period will be defined under the respective competition post on the Bayernareal Wohnbau Instagram page.
Participants comment on the competition post on the Bayernareal Wohnbau Instagram page to enter the competition. After the competition ends, the winners will be drawn at random from all participants.
The winners will be notified of their prize via a clearly assigned comment on the Bayernareal Wohnbau Instagram page and asked to contact Bayernareal Wohnbau via private Instagram message. The winners must respond within 48 hours by providing Bayernareal Wohnbau with their contact details (first and last name, address, and email address) for further communication via private Instagram message.
If a winner does not respond within this 48-hour period, the prize is forfeited. In this case, Bayernareal Wohnbau will select a new winner from all remaining participants.

4. Shipping of the prize
Self-collection from company headquarters Bayernareal Wohnbau - Ismaninger Str. 14, 85452 Moosinning.
5. Data protection
Bayernareal Wohnbau uses the personal data processed in connection with the prize draw exclusively for the purpose of conducting and administering the prize draw. No further use by Bayernareal Wohnbau or third parties will take place.
As part of this competition, Bayernareal Wohnbau is working with its cooperation partner "Stein und Natur - Sascha Winkler".

6. Premature termination of the competition
Bayernareal Wohnbau reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons due to unforeseen circumstances. This applies in particular if software and/or hardware errors occur, and/or other technical and/or legal reasons affect or prevent the regular and proper conduct of the competition.
7. Other
Bayernareal Wohnbau reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Bayernareal Wohnbau and its participating partners assume no liability for data loss, particularly during data transmission, or for other technical defects. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.
