With Bayernareal Hospitality GmbH, we want to create places,
places where people like to gather, enjoy themselves and feel comfortable.
The Maier Stubn is the beginning of this journey. Together we are developing a meeting place,
which combines regionality, quality and genuine hospitality.
For me, the most beautiful moment is when a building becomes a place - because people fill it with life .
OUR FIRST PROJECT
The Maier Stubn in Moosinning is the first project of Bayernareal Hospitality GmbH.
Opening Spring 2027
The name was chosen deliberately.
It evokes memories of the long-established Maier innkeeper, who for decades was known far beyond the region for his down-to-earth hospitality. At the same time, the "Stubn" represents a new interpretation of this idea:
smaller, more personal and more contemporary.
The Maier Stubn sees itself as a modern meeting place for Moosinning – a place where people come together, eat together, celebrate and spend time together.
The historic chestnut trees and the beer garden, the heart of the area, will be preserved. Inside, together with our interior designer, we are creating a modern dining space with a cozy, traditional atmosphere, high-quality materials, and a welcoming ambiance that encourages guests to linger.
The concept is complemented by an innovative 24/7 marketplace, which meaningfully expands the gastronomic offerings and enriches the location even outside of opening hours.
Looking ahead ...
The Maier Stubn marks the beginning of a long-term development.
We are already working on further ideas and concepts in the areas of gastronomy, hospitality and leisure.
