New building project 84339 Unterdietfurt near Eggenfelden (district Rottal-Inn):
In the last weeks we could successfully complete the plastering & screeding works of house 4 & house 3 (construction phase 1). The work on the facade could also be completed (base plaster, fabric plastering, finishing plaster).
The screed heating phase of construction phase 1 will be completely finished in week 23. Consequently, the tiling work in the sanitary area can start in week 24.
The granite in the staircase of house 4 has already been laid.
Furthermore, we were able to complete the masonry work of house 2 (construction phase 2) including partition walls as well as the roof truss & the setting of the window elements.
The rough installation of the heating, sanitary and electrical systems was also completed.
The extension of the underground car park was also realized & the construction of the exit will take place shortly. Likewise, the underground garage insulation was installed.
In the next weeks we will start the plastering & screeding works at house 2 & the floor slab of house 1 will be constructed. The finishing works at house 4 & house 3 are running in parallel.
