In the last weeks we could successfully finish the facades of house 4 as well as house 3 (construction phase 1). Likewise, assembly of the glass balconies has already taken place at house 4.
The painting works (inside) at house 4 as well as the installation of the downspouts at house 4 & house 3 could also be completed successfully.
Furthermore, the plastering and screed work has been completed at house 2. The construction of the underground car park exit was realized and the work on the floor slab of house 1 could be started.
In the next weeks we will finish the balconies at house 3 & start with the laying of the floor in house 4. Parallel to this, the painting work (inside) at house 3 will continue. In addition, the granite will be laid in the staircase of house 2 & the masonry work of house 1 will start.
