In the last few weeks we have been able to start the shell construction of construction phase 2 (semi-detached house 2 and semi-detached house 4) in our new building project in 85452 Eichenried and have already made great progress since then. The shell of semi-detached house 2 is already complete and semi-detached house 4 will be finished in 2-3 weeks.
Furthermore, the entire screed and interior plastering work has been completed on semi-detached house 1 and semi-detached house 3. The roof trusses and roofing have also been completed.
In the next few weeks, the exterior plastering work and the installation of the window and door elements will begin on construction phase 2.
