Farewell and departure – a new chapter begins
This week marked the start of demolition work on our old restaurant, the “Maier-Wirt” – a place full of memories, encounters, and stories. It is not an easy moment for us, because for many years this building was a piece of home: it was a place where we celebrated, laughed, discussed, and ate together.
But every farewell also heralds the beginning of something new. The new construction project will create a modern venue that continues the tradition of hospitality – with fresh ideas, a contemporary concept, and, of course, dining. Our goal is to take the special spirit of the old building with us and let it live on in a new form.
We say “thank you” for all the wonderful memories – and look forward to writing a new chapter of this story together with you soon.
