94086 Bad Griesbach i. Rottal: Start of bricklaying work on construction phase 2

In the last few weeks, we have successfully continued with the interior work on the first construction phase (house 3 & house 4). House 4 will be completely finished by mid-April (painting, flooring and final installation of plumbing and electrics) - the fitted kitchens are currently being installed and the elevator will follow.


At the same time, the floor slab, underground garage and basement of the second construction phase (House 1 & House 2) have already been completed, as has the brickwork on the first floor including partition walls (House 1). We have also been able to start work on the entire outdoor area.


We attach great importance to energy efficiency and sustainability in order to ensure an environmentally friendly construction method. For this reason, the entire construction project is being carried out to the KfW QNG (Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings) standard.
