In recent weeks, we have successfully completed the interior and exterior plastering work on house 4. The PV system has also already been installed (10 kWp per house).
Furthermore, the structural work on house 3 and the carpentry work with the roof truss have been completed. The installation of the window and door elements has also begun. The structural work for the plumbing and electrical installations will be carried out in the next few weeks.
We attach great importance to energy efficiency and sustainability in order to ensure an environmentally friendly construction method. For this reason, the entire construction project will be carried out to the KfW QNG (Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings) standard.
