After the winter break, our new-build project with 44 residential units in 94086 Bad Griesbach i. Rottal continued apace. The interior work on the first construction phase (house 3 & house 4) is continuing steadily. Interior plastering, underfloor heating, screed and insulation have already been completed. The stairwell has also been tiled. The painting work will be completed here in the next few weeks.
At the same time, we have started the next construction phase (House 1 & House 2). The first floor slab has already been poured. As a result, the bricklaying work will start soon and the next shell is ready!
